The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and inserting in lieu therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2063 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §17B-2-12 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to extension of the expiration of drivers licenses for members of the Armed Forces of the United States and their spouses upon a member’s separation from active duty; extending the expiration of drivers licenses for spouses of members; issuance of documentation  of the extension of the expiration date; requiring proof of a member’s separation from active duty under honorable circumstances and proof of marriage of the spouse.”
